MARC B

Recently, my subconscious has been tormenting me. It has almost developed a 'designer bag radar'; drawing my gaze to people that I can barely see, just because they are carrying a Mulberry Bag. It almost seems as though every person in the world is carrying one and I'm the exception. The worst part is, it's not just with Mulberry Bags. Hermes are also a favourite of mine at the moment but being an 18 year old student, £600-£2000 pound on a bag can not be rationalised, let alone possible.

Yesterday I went shopping in hope of finding a dress for a friends birthday but like usual, when your looking for something, you never find it. Just before I left the second shopping center, I went into Topshop (for the fourth time), now looking for jewellery to spice up a dress I already own (desperate times). However, I came out with this Marc B bag.

Don't take this to mean I was disappointed. In fact, it made 6 hours of shopping totally worth it. This is the Lottie Bag; a briefcase shape with ostrich straps and base. It also has characteristics of the Hermes Birkin Bag which, in my head, makes me feel like I am one step closer to owning one. *cough* Saddo *cough*. Now I just need my exams to be over in order to show this bad boy off....

  2. I'm exactly the same way about designer bags. I always feel like I'm the only one left without one! I nearly walked into a lamppost the other day while staring at a woman's Birkin bag... it's getting dangerous! xx

  3. I also been wanting a designer bag, but I can't justify spending so much money on one thing, but on the other hand it will last forever. I been eyeing up Michael Kors bag it's not that bad as it's £300, but new camera comes first. I love Marc B bags, I own one so far. x

  4. I don't think I could ever spend designer prices on a bag, despite some of them being absolutely lovely - even £100 on a bag would be crazy for me! Marc B bags are really nice though, I like the tassel-y (is that a word?!) bits on yours. xx

  8. Ah this bag is amazing. I just asked my mum if when I graduate from college she'll buy me a Mulberry bag...and she agreed! Only 4 more years until I have my own, haha. She's probably having to start saving up now ahah.

This bag is a lovely place holder until you're lucky enough to get the real deal!

  14. This bag is gorgeous!

I have been lusting after a Mulberry for so long, I could save up but I can't help but think that money would also get me a very nice holiday too :(

Think I'm going to meet myself half way (or a quarter of the way) and save for a Modalu Pippa bag which would set me back around £200...bit kinder than £700-1k!
