How I Wear A Floppy Hat

I love hats that are different to your classic bobble or beanie. Floppy hats are definitely a favourite of mine (have you figured that I don't know the proper name for them?) but usually I'd be afraid to draw that much attention to myself. But I braved it, ignored the nerves and took this beauty to the pay desk. I thought I'd return it a day later, yet there it is, still sitting in the corner of my room.
I have to admit, the North Easterly wind makes wearing this pretty difficult. It always wants to blow off and ends up being hidden in the bottom of my bag. Then ... one day ... I had the idea of making it tighter on my head (as they usually only come in one size)...so off to Fenwicks I went to see what they could offer me. Whilst I may not have found an actual hat tool to do the job, I found a bit of sticky felt to put in the inside and voila, it's like it was tailor made.
I've paired this with my beautiful fur gilet from F&F that I got from the West Kensington store (post here ) and my trusty ankle boots. To brighten it up a little I added my Kate Moss Lipstick which I use religiously in winter.

Has anyone else bought one of these hats? How do you style it?
